Authors submitting manuscripts to GoldCoast Books for publishing retain copyright to their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Publishing timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.

Printing Services

Printing quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Custom printing orders require 60% deposit before production begins. Final files must be provided in agreed formats and specifications. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GoldCoast Books and protected by copyright laws. Customer-submitted content for publishing or printing remains the property of the customer.

Publishing Services

• Deposits: Non-refundable once work has commenced
• Completed Projects: Refunds considered only for significant errors attributable to GoldCoast Books
• Author Cancellations: Refunds calculated based on work completed, minus 25% administrative fee

Printing Services

• Custom Printing: Non-refundable once production begins
• Defective Products: Full refund or reprint for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receipt
• Customer Error: No refunds for errors in customer-supplied files or approved proofs
• Rush Orders: Non-refundable due to expedited processing

Shipping Locations
